Grand Ballroom-Salon 12 (Orlando World Center Marriott)
Program Description: Leaders who allow staff to speak plainly and to participate in decision making have seen the energy in a room of 500 or more people soar from low morale to high expectations. Employees focus on a story of a peak success in their organization and then work together with a shared sense of purpose to expand on that success and create an even more successful future. The result is quality programs, creative action, and inspiration spreading throughout the organization. Participants will hear from college leaders whose strategic plans produced genuine results. Their results are innovative, future oriented and they engaged the entire college in plan implementation. Ultimately, planning using Appreciative Inquiry, resulted in their college’s transformation.
