Program Description: Ensuring continuous and consistent leadership in higher education during times of change and high turnover rates can be a daunting task. This presentation will feature transformative leadership experiences that have prepared future leaders to “ignite innovation.” Whether you are looking to develop leaders from within or to support the contributions that rising leaders can make more broadly to community colleges, hear six diverse takes on how campus based and national leadership development can impact advancing leaders, their institutions, and the higher education community. Emerging leaders as well as institutional leaders in a position to support them are encouraged to participate in this session.
