Program Description: Women outnumber men in most community colleges and complete at higher rates; however, there are still significant barriers for women, particularly non-traditional and minority women, in higher education. This interactive session will highlight programs and successful practices across the United States which facilitate the academic success and graduation rates for their diverse population of female students.
