Program Description: This session’s panelists are seasoned community college presidents who will describe their experiences in supporting the professional development of Latinos in leadership roles. They will also describe their philosophy about the leadership and challenges that they have faced as Latino leaders. In addition, they will discuss innovative strategies for addressing planning, funding, partnership, and accountability opportunities.
