2012 Call for Convention Events

Thank you for your interest in presenting or hosting an event at the 92nd AACC Annual Convention in Orlando FL. The Call for Convention Events is now closed. AACC is no longer accepting proposals to present at the 2012 annual convention.

Hosting an event or meeting at convention

AACC will accept submissions for business meetings and social events as long as space is available. If interested in hosting a business meeting or social event at the AACC convention, please review the Meeting/Event FAQ prior to making your request.

Scheduling

Business Meetings and Social Events may be scheduled at the following times.

Friday, April 20: All day (starting at 8:00 am)
Saturday, April 21: 7am-4:30pm and 8:00pm-11:30pm
Sunday, April 22: 7am-8:30am and 6:30pm-11:00pm
Monday, April 23: 7am-8:30am
Tuesday, April 24: 7am-8:30am
