Program Description: World Bank data show that $71 trillion of global gross domestic product is related to projects. This growth has created high demand for project managers. This forum will consist of a panel discussion on the growth of project management globally and discuss the experiences of, and benefits to, several community colleges in offering project management courses and certificate programs. The session will highlight the significant opportunities that exist for community colleges to implement teaching programs in project management as part of their overall management offerings and as a way for students to earn professional certification.
